The unbeaten run continues!
With 2mins to kick-off the opposition confirmed they only had 8, so we kindly decided to make it fairer by changing to 8-aside.
2-0 at half time, which became a 5-0 win with a Rapha hat-trick and a goal each from Seth and Ethan.
We will come up against stronger teams in future. Our boys played well, closing down the opposition, giving no easy options from their goal kicks, running in to the corners and firing the ball into the box where our players were waiting.
We need to work on throw-ins (feet on the ground and releasing over-head).
We kept a clean sheet for the first time since April.
Next week is away against Walton Warriors - a team who took please in kicking our boys last year. From memory we were 3-0 up and lost 5-6. So a tougher challenge to come.
