Raptors struggle against strong Hersham side.

Teddington Raptors U11 v. Hersham Harriers U11

0 - 5

28/09/2019- Bushy Park

The Raptors were a bit sluggish for the first 20 minutes of the game today. We let in three early goals and so made a mountain to climb for ourselves early on. We played much better after 20 mins with more energy and drive.

We were guilty of playing the ‘swarm’ formation a lot today and were often bunched around the ball. There was often acres of space on the pitch our players were not utilising.

Max Rankin was our most potent attacking force today and worked tirelessly (again) up front.

Man of the match went to Aaron Lear who
had a very solid game in defence. Aaron was quick to clear up any loose balls and also played several accurate through balls. Well done Aaron!

On to the next game
